Two new high-end auto dealerships are planned in Orlando, including a huge new Lexus location on 25 acres where the former Delta Court of Flags Resort stood at Interstate 4 and the Florida Turnpike. The plan is submitted by Dealer Property Holdings LLC, which includes Lexus of Orlando executives Cheryl Schmidt and James Bryan of Winter Park as members.
