New York man heading back to prison on child porn charges

The U.S. attorney's office says 44-year-old Kenneth Burghardt of Martville in Cayuga County was sentenced Monday in federal court in Syracuse to nearly 22 years in prison after pleading guilty to distributing and receiving child pornography. Authorities say he was sentenced to more than seven years in prison in 2008 on child pornography charges.
