New biotech HQ coming to Menlo Park

Despite the city's planned zoning changes in the bayfront area, the historically industrial section of Menlo Park remains a hub for biotechnology companies. Adicet Bio Inc., a small biotech firm currently operating in South San Francisco, received permission Monday from the Planning Commission to move its headquarters to 200 Constitution Drive, which is part of the M-2 area where new land use rules are being crafted.
