Butch Yamali, owner of the Dover Group and attorney Anthony Capetola, who owns Carltun on the Park in East Meadow, have formed Milleridge Ventures, and will formally announce the new operations at a ribbon cutting and press conference Wednesday. Yamali and Capetola were among a handful of local catering companies that answered a request for proposals issued in October by the Jericho restaurant's landlord Kimco Realty.
