The agenda for Monday's EDGE meeting and PILOT considerations has been released, and on it are potential new investments from one established name and a couple new kids on the block. FedEx SupplyChain Systems is looking to expand in Memphis with a new, $6.8 million facility that would create 87 new jobs.
