Nike breach of contract lawsuit against 3 former designers dismissed

Designers, from left, Marc Dolce, Denis Dekovic and Mark Miner shook up the footwear world with their announcement last September that they were moving from Nike to Adidas and opening a design studio in Brooklyn, New York. Nike's lawsuit against three of its former designers who left for Adidas has been resolved through a confidential settlement, it was announced Friday.
