No Plans to Close Local Albertsons Stores

There are no plans to close the Albertsons stores in San Pedro near the Rancho Palos Verdes border, despite Albertson's LLC's payment of $100 million and assumption of $3.2 billion in debt when it completed the purchase of the grocery chain from Supervalu Inc.
