Noble released its October fleet status: One contract with Total for 3-years, one small contract in GoM with Talos for 41-days and one "blend & extend" with Total. NE is one of the best offshore drillers for at least three reasons: A solid dividend, a strong balance sheet and a long-term contracted fleet.
