(Telecompaper) Nokia has completed the acquisition of Siemens' stake in Nokia Siemens Networks and renamed the company Nokia Solutions and Networks, or NSN for short. Nokia announced in early July the agreement to buy out Siemens' 50 percent share in the network equipment maker for EUR 1.7 billion. Rajeev Suri continues as CEO and Jesper Ovesen as Executive Chairman of the NSN Board of Directors, and the Siemens-appointed directors have resigned from the board. Suri said the company's overall strategy and focus on mobile broadband remains the same, and customers will see no difference to service after the change in ownership.
