All Our Kin, a nonprofit run by Jessica Sager and Janna Wagner that trains child care providers ranging from parents to businesspeople, beat out about 2,000 nominees nationally to win a $100,000 prize from the Roslyn S. Jaffe Awards, named for the founder of dressbarn. All Our Children is based in New Haven and has offices in Bridgeport, Stamford and Norwalk.
