Norfolk residents ask council to take action on Lamberts Point coal dust

The dumpers at Norfolk Southern Lamberts Point coal terminal are an identical pair of steel framework cylinders set more than 40 feet above ground level. Each dumper can take two coal cars at a time and rotate them 220 degrees.
