"The solid waste pass-through grant funding provided by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality to the Ark-Tex Council of Governments is generated from tipping fees collected at all municipal solid waste landfills within the State of Texas," said ATCOG Environmental Resource Planner Paul Prange.
