Norway orders Eni to identify cause of power outage at Goliat field

Norway's Petroleum Safety Authority (PSA) has ordered Italian oil firm Eni Norge to keep output halted from Goliat field in the Barents Sea until the company identifies the cause of a power outage that hit the field.
