The shareholders of Getinge AB are hereby invited to attend the Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday 25 March 2015 at 2.00 p.m. CET, in Kongresshallen, Hotel Tylosand, Halmstad, Sweden. RIGHT TO ATTEND Shareholders who wish to attend the AGM must: - be recorded in the share register kept by Euroclear Sweden AB , on Thursday 19 March 2015, and - notify the company of their intention to attend the AGM by Thursday 19 March 2015, preferably before 4.00 p.m. CET.
