November 21st vote set for Wisconsin Energy proposal to buy Integrys Energy

Stockholders will decide next month whether to approve Wisconsin Energy's plan to acquire the Chicago-based Integrys Energy Group. Shareholders of both firms plan to meet at the same time to vote on the acquisition -- 10 a.m. on November 21st.
