The Burnet Road restaurant explosion continues today with the opening of 416 Bar & Grille at 5011 Burnet Rd. The restaurant serves an "Americana menu" and is owned and operated by father-and-son team John and Colin Jurey. John's restaurant history dates back to San Francisco in the 70s and includes stops in Florida, various Whole Foods and training at Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, and Colin is a 12-year veteran of the restaurant industry.
