Medical News Today: The behavior of mosquitoes - the vectors, or carriers, of diseases such as malaria - is known to be sensitive to temperature and rainfall, and the "inevitable" effect of climate change on this and other vector-borne diseases is the subject of a new collection of papers published today. Among the theories is that Europe could, within decades, become a "highly suitable" place for the mosquitoes that transmit, for example, dengue.
