The nurse who took a commercial flight just before showing symptoms of what turned out to be Ebola infection is defending herself against criticism. In an interview partially broadcast Wednesday, Amber Vinson told NBC that she had checked with health officials before flying Oct. 10 from Dallas to Cleveland and returning three days later.
