A United Airlines jetliner lands on Chicago O'Hare International Airport's newest parallel runway Thursday, Oct. 15, 2015, in Chicago. O'Hare opened the new runway and an air traffic control tower Thursday, completing the latest piece of a nearly $9 billion overhaul of its outdated airfield.
