Raleigh business leader O. Temple Sloan Jr. will be inducted into the Carolinas Entrepreneur Hall of Fame in Charlotte on Nov. 20. Raleigh entrepreneur and business leader O. Temple Sloan Jr. will be joining a very elite class next week when he joins his former Bank of America board colleague Hugh McColl Jr. as the newest inductees into the Carolinas Entrepreneur Hall of Fame. Sloan, founder of Raleigh-based General Parts International, will be only the second living Triangle business leader to be inducted into the Hall of Fame program sponsored by the McColl School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte and the Entrepreneurial Leadership Circle.
