OPEC expects decrease in Kazakhstan's oil production

Kazakhstan's oil production is expected to decline by 60,000 per day to average 1.53 million barrels per day in 2016, OPEC says in its January oil market report. OPEC noted that in the second half of 2015 production declined at Tengiz, which is one of the largest oil field in Kazakhstan, and this trend is likely to continue in 2016.
