Oakland festival draws bikes of all types

Unicycles, bicycles, tricycles and just about every other type of pedal-powered contraption were zipping around Jack London Square on Saturday during Pedalfest, the Bay Area's biggest bicycle festival. Peter Wagner's "Vitruvian Racer" started life as a metal spool that Pacific Gas & Electric used to carry cable.
