U.S. corporate executives will be able to travel more freely to Cuba under rules the Obama administration issued Friday that also allow easier exports of software and telecommunications equipment to the island nation. Companies would be able to establish subsidiaries and more easily do business in Cuba under the regulations, which take effect Monday.
