Nature World: After repeatedly stating that a 17 percent reduction in overall greenhouse gas emissions compared to 2005 levels is still in reach, the Obama administration released a 30-page draft report Thursday detailing exactly how it plans on going about this.
The report lays out in greater detail the climate action plan President Barack Obama announced in June, and includes carbon limits on both new and existing power plants in addition to stricter energy efficiency standards, among other things.
