Agence France-Presse: US President Barack Obama vowed to make the battle against climate change one of the priorities of his second term after he was sworn back into office on Monday. We will respond to the threat of climate change, knowing that the failure to do so would betray our children and future generations, he said, in his inaugural address on the steps of the Capitol.
