Occidental Petroleum Agrees to $1.33 Billion Sale of Rockies Assets

The sale, which doesnt include Occidental Petroleums core oil and gas assets in the Rockies, significantly advances the progress of the  $2 billion-plus divestiture target the company set for 2020, CEO Vicki Hollub says.
