Occidental Petroleum Faces Lawsuit Over Payment of Crude Deliveries

In the lawsuit, midstream marketing firm MidCon Gathering alleges Occidental did not pay for crude deliveries, the latest dispute to arise from production shut-ins prompted by a crash in oil prices this year.
