Housed in 10 x 26 mm BGA package, Model MAX2082 replaces thousands of discrete components in any ultrasound system. Device integrates 8 channels of 3-level 200 V pulsers and T/R switches, octal ADC, octal LNA, octal VGA, CW mixers, anti-aliasing filters, and coupling capacitors into single package. Operating from 0–70°C, IC provides ultra-low noise figure of 2.8 dB at RIN = RS= 200 Ω and high dynamic receiver with 76 dBFS SNR at fIN = 5 MHz and 2 MHz bandwidth.
