Conical-diffraction, off-plane X-ray Czerny-Turner (OP-XCT), designed for 8–125 nm (10–150 eV) operation, can be used as monochromator or imaging spectrograph. With coarse diffraction grating and CCD, it can survey broad EUV wavelength swath, dispersing from 10–140 nm on detector 12 mm wide. Optical system promotes light throughput and minimizes stretching in fast pulse laser applications, and spectral resolution is controllable function via selected gratings, entrance slit, and source size.
