Office tower proposed for Midtown

A Houston-based developer plans to build an office tower in Midtown, which would be the first such project in the area in decades. The Houston Chronicle reports that Senterra Real Estate Group plans to build the 16-story tower at 3003 Louisiana, on one square block that includes a vacant lot and the site of the former Van Loc Vietnamese restaurant.
