Officials give name of McPherson man who died driving stolen Cox truck

Authorities on Tuesday disclosed the name of a 20-year-old man who died after the stolen Cox Communications truck he was driving crashed in Harvey County. Brawner was not being chased by a law enforcement officer when he crashed, sheriff's spokeswoman Melissa Flavin said Tuesday.
