Leveraging thermal adsorption technology for separation of solid and fluid, modularized and skid-mounted Integrated Oily Waste Solution can achieve treatment performance with TPH (Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon) rate of no more than 0.022%. After treatment, waste can be reused for cement or other construction material production, and 90%–95% of base oil can be recycled directly as drilling fluid. No additional water or additives are required during treatment, and there is no harmful gas emission.
