Several states have pulled a certain type of guardrail off a list of qualified products they use after a jury found a Texas company should pay $175 million in a case involving the safety of thousands of guardrails across the U.S. The verdict against Trinity Industries was handed down Monday in federal district court in Marshall, Texas. The Oklahoma Department of Transportation says the ET-Plus guardrails in question were installed across the state, but does not have an exact number of how many.
