On ice: New rink opening at Pittsburgh's PPG Place delayed

The rink was supposed to open Friday for the city's Light Up Night celebration heralding the beginning of the Christmas shopping season. HIghwoods Properties, which owns the PPG Place complex where the rink is located, say they plan to open the rink as soon as possible.
