One of Cincinnati's largest private companies names new CEO

Gluchowski succeeds James Waters , who announced his plans to retire after a 16-year career with the distributor of fasteners, key duplication systems, engraved tags and related hardware items in April. Waters was named to the CEO spot in July 2013, taking over for the retiring Mick Hillman.
