Infineon's calendar Q1 revenue was up by a 355 million from a 1,128 million to a 1,483 million due to consolidation of International Rectifier, increased demand for Chip Card & Security products and positive currency development. Profit was up from a 169 million to a 198 million with a reduced margin from 15% to 13.4%.
