Editor's note: The following op-ed was written and submitted by Jennifer Bartolotta , president of Train-2-Gain and a prominent Milwaukee-area business executive. It was sent in response to the recent story on the Milwaukee Business Journal's website detailing the email sent to Johnson Controls Inc. employees by CEO Alex Molinaroli admitting the affair he had with a woman who owns a Milwaukee consulting firm that was doing business with the Glendale-based company.
