OpGen files to raise up to $37 million in IPO

Evan Jones, CEO of OpGen, is seen here in 2007, the same year his former biotech company, Digene, was acquired by Qiagen. Gaithersburg-based molecular diagnostics company OpGen Inc. filed Tuesday to go public in hopes of raising as much as $37.4 million.
