(Telecompaper) Opera Software has delayed the publication of its Q4 and annual results by one day, to 10 February. The announcement follows a suspension in trading of the company's shares in Oslo 08 February. The bourse said the suspension was in anticipation of an announcement by the company. The announcement could concern the software company's ongoing strategic review, which started last August and was extended in December. In August, Opera announced that the company had attracted "strategic interest from a number of parties". According to reports in the Norwegian press, the company may be a takeover target for China's Qihoo 360.
