Otsego County residents supportive of proposed power plant

On Wednesday, Otsego County residents had the chance to learn more about a 100 million dollar power plant that could be coming to Elmira Township. The Department of Environmental Quality is in the process of reviewing permits for the Alpine Clean Energy Plant and the public could ask questions or share concerns before the DEQ makes its decision.
