Things are starting to look up for the creatures that live in New Bedford Harbor, according to annual testing of the nation's largest Superfund site by the Environmental Protection Agency this fall. If improvements continue, we might even get to the point where it's OK to eat seafood caught inside the hurricane barrier without worry.
