A spokeswoman for Entergy New Orleans says the utility is sufficiently prepared for high demand when it gets cold, despite the impression that may have been given by a message sent from Entergy to approximately 50 Mid-City area customers. Those customers lost power briefly, in some cases just for a minute, Monday night.
