Overhaul of Disabled Parking Program expands availability and accessibility of parking in downtown core

The Portland Bureau of Transportations annual count of disabled parking placard use in the central city tallied 313 vehicles displaying disabled parking placards, down from 1,033 vehicles the year before. This years count is the first since the Citys new Disabled Parking Program took effect on July 1st.
