Taking place September 28–30, PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2015 will host 30,000 attendees and >2,000 exhibitors in over 800,000 ft² net exhibit space. This processing and packaging event will address trends and spotlight solutions for meat and food producers. Jim Pittas, PMMI senior vice president, said protein and food processing professionals need to focus on consumer trends and keep up to date on food safety rules and noted that PACK EXPO will provide access to suppliers and education.
