PG&E to shut off electricity during construction in Oakley subdivision

Pacific Gas & Electric Co. has notified 314 residents of the Parklands subdivision that it will be shutting off their electricity for about five hours July 23 to protect crews that will be working at the Richland Homes development that's going up just south of their homes.
