Housed in 9 mm HQFN 20-lead plastic package, Models MASW-011040 and MASW-011041 are capable of handling 200 W CW incident power at base plate temperature of 85°C. Both devices deliver >40 dB isolation at 1 GHz with insertion loss of <0.5 dB. Manufactured using hybrid process featuring high-voltage PIN diodes and passive devices, switches are suitable for land mobile radio and MIL-COM applications that require higher power.
