Available in 25-bump, 0.4 mm pitch, 2.26 x 2.14 mm WLP, MAX14720 helps designers optimize power and battery life in wearable medical/fitness and IoT applications while also reducing BOM and space requirements. This power management integrated circuit (PMIC), which runs from primary cell and operates down to 1.8 V, integrates functionality of 5 discrete devices: power switch, linear regulator, buck regulator, buck-boost regulator, and monitor. Electronic battery seal extends shelf life.
