Two acquisitions on two continents in two days have yet again expanded the geographical and product footprint of the world's largest paint and coatings company. On March 31, PPG Industries announced the acquisition of certain assets of Flood Australia, which manufactures and distributes specialty wood stain and paint additive solutions for consumer, commercial and industrial applications.
