PPG completes Revocoat acquisition

PPG Industries announced Wednesday it has closed on its acquisition of Revocoat, a global supplier of sealants, adhesives and damper products for the automotive industry. Pittsburgh-based PPG first announced it had entered into exclusive negotiations with the Axson Group to acquire Revocoat in December.
