PPG's North American architectural coatings unit hits goals a year ahead of schedule

PPG Industries Inc. is shifting the focus from integration to growth ahead of schedule for its Cranberry-based North American architectural coatings business. In North America, targets related to PPG's 2013 acquisition of Akzo Nobel N.V. were achieved one year ahead of schedule, according to PPG Chairman and CEO Charles Bunch .
